Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days counting from the day that the product either arrives at your estate or local pickup location. If 15 days have gone by since the day of arrival, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange no matter what the cause is. If a problem is noticed on any of our products, let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to make sure that you are happy!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means that you may NOT wash, wear or use the product that you wish to return. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We offer a 100% refund for the following causes:
- The product was damaged upon delivery.
- The size ordered was not the size received.
- The color ordered was not the color received.
- Key detail features of the product are missing (extremely unusual cases of production errors).
Our refund policy is at the moment somewhat selective due to the current global situation and we hope to be able to offer 100% refunds for other reasons than the ones stated above in the future.
We can unfortunately not offer a refund for the following causes:
- Unsatisfied with the product despite the product being non-defective.
- Unfitting products.
- Prolonged shipping times.
- Damage caused by the consumer.
- The item is on discount, sale items cannot be refunded.
- The customer was unable to receive home-delivery or failed to pick-up the shipment at the local post office.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Our team will review your refund request. If we find your request to be eligible for a refund we will contact you regarding how to proceed. In some cases, we will ask you to send back your order to a specified address (the cost of shipping the products back to StayHealthyBrand should be covered by the customer in question). In other cases, we may let you keep the products you ordered and refund you. We advise you to follow the instructions sent by email from shop@stayhealthybrand.com.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@stayhealthybrand.com or message us at +46 727160052.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the item, send us an email at shop@stayhealthybrand.com and send your item back. If 15 days have gone by since the day of arrival, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange no matter what the cause is.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
