Shipping policy
StayHealthyBrand Sweden AB ("we" and "us") is the operator of
(https://stayhealthybrand.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through our website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure
both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect
and set expectations on our service.
General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our
website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not
be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will
fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would
prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us
to process a refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. With all of our products we offer “Standard Shipping” for free. The shipping times for our “Standard Shipping” varies, but expect delivery within 12-20 days. Our express shipping option costs 8 USD, and typically takes between 5-12 days. If a product is ordered with “Express Shipping” and is eligible for a refund, the cost of the “Express Shipping” will NOT be refunded. Customs fees in your country may be charged while you pick up your package, this cost is covered by the customer.
Transit Time
In general, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 5-20 days depending on the shipping method that you have chosen. DISCLAIMER: Shipping times may be delayed due to the global COVID19- CRISIS. Please be patient, your order will arrive, if you have chosen express delivery, please allow a few days following your expected shipping time before you email us. We are doing our best to fulfil your orders within or under the estimated time.
Order Processing
Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days. If an order is placed Friday through Sunday expect an additional day for processing. Our warehouses operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at
any time before the order has been dispatched.
P.O. Box Shipping
StayHealthyBrand will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We
are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer
this service using courier services.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and
send the remaining items once they return to stock.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. Please allow a few days before sending an email, most times the order will be delivered within the expected time frame, otherwise, expect it within the following couple days.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be
able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
available by the shipping provider.
Duties & Taxes
Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website. StayHealthyBrand Sweden AB is based in Stockholm, Sweden. Therefore all EU customers will be charged the Swedish Tax Rate of 25% when checking out.
Import Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, import duties & taxes may be required to be paid. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to StayHealthyBrand at the customer's expense.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we, unfortunately, are not able to accept cancellations at any time after the order has been placed. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.
