• Due to the current coronavirus-situation shipping times are extended. 
• With our free [ Standard Shipping ] orders regularly take 10-16 days to be delivered.
• With our alternative [ Express Shipping ] option orders typically take 5-12 days to be delivered.
• Shipping times are excluding a 2-3 days order processing time.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

• All orders worldwide come with Standard FREE Shipping. 
• Express Shipping comes with an additional cost of 6.95$.
• Additional customs-fees may in some cases apply in your country. Customs-fees shall be covered by consumer.

Note that additional exchange fees may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

We offer a 15-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% replacement.
• Timing: we have a 15-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, unwashed, undamaged by customer and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email shop@stayhealthybrand.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the replacement.
• If the replacement is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Acceptable causes for a refund: Following conditions only apply if the customer notifies StayHealthyBrand (shop@stayhealthybrand.com) within 15 days of product arrival.

• The product was damaged upon delivery.
• The size ordered was not the size received. 
• The color ordered was not the colored received. 
  
• Key detail features of the product are missing (extremely unusual cases of production errors).   

Non-acceptable causes for a refund:

• Unsatisfied with product despite the product being non-defective.  
• Unfitting products.
• Prolonged shipping times. 
• Damage caused by consumer.
  
• Customer was unable to receive home-delivery or failed to pick-up the shipment at the local post-office.

Customers living within the EU are not charged a customs fee at the point of delivery. StayHealthyBrand Sweden AB collects the Swedish VAT rate at the point of sale to insure that nothing will have to be paid at the point of delivery. In regards to the new tax initiative "iOSS" implemented by the EU on the 1st of July 2021 customs fees should not, but may be charged at the point of delivery. Please contact us if this happens and we will issue a refund for the charged amount.
